  • Where is The Old Carrabelle Hotel located?

    We’re in the heart of Carrabelle, Florida, just one block from the harbor and a short drive from the beaches of St. George Island and the historic town of Apalachicola. Our address is 201 Tallahasse St, Carrabelle Fl 32322  and you can find easy driving directions via Google

  • Is breakfast included with my stay?

    While we don’t serve a traditional breakfast, we provide complimentary in-room coffee  to get your day started. Carrabelle’s charming cafés and restaurants are just a short walk or drive away for a full Southern-style breakfast!

  • What time is check-in and check-out?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Arriving late? No problem—our process provides a touch-free expierence with custom door and room-key codes. 

  • Is the hotel haunted?

    Well, let’s just say… some guests have reported strange noises, flickering lights, and the occasional ghostly whisper—especially in one particular suite (we won’t say which!). Paranormal activity? Maybe. Historic charm? Absolutely.

  • Do you allow pets?

    As much as we love furry friends, we do charge a pet-fee, and you should let us know in advance.  But don’t worry—Carrabelle is a dog-friendly town, and we’re happy to recommend local pet-friendly spots!

  • Can I purchase the same luxury linens used in the hotel?

    Yes! We proudly use Hotelier Turndown™ linens, towels, and amenities—the same ones you’ll find in every room. Visit our boutique store in the lobby to take home the sumptuous sheets, plush towels, and spa-like comforts from your stay.

  • How far is the beach?

    Carrabelle Beach is just a five-minute drive from the hotel, offering sugar-white sands, gentle waves, and plenty of space to unwind. For an even more secluded experience, take the Dog Island Ferry to a pristine, untouched shoreline.
