Payment Policy

100% at check-in.

We require a valid credit card on file for incidentals.


Cancelation Policy

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.

Within 48 hours (or no-show): Guest forfeits 50% of stay.

Holiday Weeks / Weekends: 7 Days notice: Guest forfeits 50% of stay.


Pet Policy

Fee: $25 per night, per pet.

Limit: Maximum 2 pets, under 50 lbs each.

Restrictions: No aggressive breeds, must be leashed, cannot be left alone in the room for any extended period of time. 

Damage Fee: $50-$100 if additional room cleaning is required. Accidents happen -  Please be forthright with us.  It will lessen costs.

Terms and Conditions

We strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all our guests. By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions.


1. Reservations & Payments

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking.

Full payment is required upon arrival unless otherwise stated.

We accept all major credit cards

The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID at check-in if required.


2. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 3:00 PM.  Early check-in is subject to availability - let us know.

Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests arriving outside of normal check-in hours should refer to our 24/7 reservation automation emails and SMS


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Flexible Rate: Cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival will receive a full refund.

Non-Refundable Rate: No refunds will be issued for cancellations less than 24hrs  or no-shows.

Changes to reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges due to room rate, Holiday, and demand fluctuations.


4. Guest Conduct & House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these rules:

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to respect other guests. 

No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for violations.

Pets: Must abide by our pet policy, per animal, per night - Cleaning fees may apply.

Occupancy Limits: Each room has a designated maximum occupancy. Exceeding this limit without prior approval may result in additional charges or cancellation of your stay.

Damages & Excess Cleaning: Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property and will be charged accordingly.


5. Liability & Guest Responsibilities

Guests assume full responsibility for their personal belongings. The Old Carrabelle Hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.  This includes public spaces, porches, patios, and the parking spaces.

Guests must report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns to the management immediately.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in disruptive behavior.


6. Force Majeure & Emergencies

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, hurricanes), we reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations. Refunds will be provided at our discretion.

Guests must comply with all emergency procedures, including evacuation orders if necessary.


7. Privacy Policy

Guest information is kept confidential and used only for reservation and communication purposes.

We do not share or sell guest data to third parties.


8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
